Team2 Infinity is where graduates keep the game in play — relatedness, possibility, and action, together, all year long. Beginning in 2027, we are gathering again in person: five days, four nights, once a quarter, in a different corner of the continent each time. And the retreats are open — bring a friend.
The weekends are coming back.
Before 2020, the teams traveled. Every quarter, a different city, a long weekend together — the room, the laughter, the late-night conversations where everything shifted. When the rooms closed, the community kept going on Zoom, and it worked. Mostly. What went missing was being with each other. So we are bringing the weekends back — in our own way, on our own terms, open to every graduate of the program who wants in.

Gulf Coast to the Pacific Northwest to the Northeast — rotating so that every member has a retreat within reach each year.

Each retreat completes a quarter of play and opens the next — connection first, then possibility arising from it.

Relatedness
Creating connection — being in relationship, and the affinity that makes working together possible. Who is who in the game.
Possibility
Creating from nothing a future beyond what the past predicts — the possibility of the game, spoken and shared.
Opportunity
Making the possibility feasible — the openings, the measures, the milestone outcomes that let a game be won.
Action
Translating commitment into action — the promises made and kept that produce the results of the game.
Completion
Honoring what occurred, completing what is incomplete — and resolving breakdowns along the way, so nothing drags and everything moves.
Five retreats. Five regions. One year.
Each gathering anchors to the rhythm our teams have kept for years — a weekend a quarter — and extends it to five days and four nights. The first is at home on the Gulf Coast. The rest rotate so the whole continent gets its weekend.
Gatherings are open to everyone — graduates, friends, and the people they love. Community membership is for program graduates. Arrival and departure days are being set with the community — the anchor weekends are firm.

Registration for each quarter opens a few weeks ahead. You will read the principles, give your word to the agreements, and get set up with a Committed Colleague and a game to play — and now, five retreats a year to be together in person. Membership is for program graduates; the retreats are open to everyone, so bring someone whose life would be better for it.
